Re: The Weight Loss Thread
I weigh in on Fridays so I don’t have one of those updates, but I did have to buy new pants today, and I’ve gone down 6 inches in my waist since August.

About 5 pounds down this week, now past 45 pounds lost total. Bad week for side effects but feeling good besides.

Re: The Weight Loss Thread
156.6
Down eight pounds since I stopped drinking. See GD for full update on that.
In the meantime, I've been hitting the gym hard. Doing way more strength training now and it is really paying off. Muscles are popping a bit. Trying for a six pack.

Re: The Weight Loss Thread
I lost about 4 pounds this week and felt pretty good, which I’m happy with, but I was oh so close (just 0.2 pounds away) from hitting 50 pounds down since August 1st. Next week!

Re: The Weight Loss Thread
great job coach
i was like 167.5 today
my low was 164 weeks ago but i think part of that was a bit of stress and eating less
lately trying to eat more protein and even regular carbs but with a heavier workout

Re: The Weight Loss Thread
I don’t have my old spreadsheets from years ago when I was tracking my weight pretty closely, and I don’t have access to my old Weight Watchers account to check my old progress, but my last post in this thread before my hiatus (http://forums.theskyiscrape.com/viewtop ... 84#p356384) details that I was down to 269 pounds, which is also exactly where I am today. That means I’m down to m my lowest weight in 9.5 years. My wife swears that there was a point in 2009 or so when I was excited to get to 199 (I don’t remember this at all), so that’ll be the next huge milestone for me. I’m down 52 pounds since August this year (so basically 4 months), so I will hopefully be there in 6 months or so if I maintain my current pace.

Re: The Weight Loss Thread
Wow, I have almost come full circle.
155.9 now. Down from a booze-inflated 164 at my worst earlier this Summer/Fall.
That's almost where I was at last November. Back on track.
