It would be interested if Emily, from the disastrous early Lulu tribe, comes out victorious.

I do agree her game plan seems to be working at the moment.

Austin let his peepee get the best of him. Had to tell Dee the plan.

Austin is still in good shape though, I didn't mind his decision to tell Dee. He knows he will make Final 5 regardless.

I really hope this is building towards Austin vs Dee in fire-making.

Very interesting that Austin played his idol for himself knowing the next tribal was the last time he could use it.

Excellent blindside. Austin may finally be realizing Dee ain’t in it for Dee/Austin. She’s in it for Dee. Unless he wins immunity at the next challenge, he’s gone. Jake is safe so he won’t be the easy pickins everyone is assuming him to be. I think they’re in a situation now where no matter what, if Dee or Julie make final three, one of them wins. Maybe the best strategy is take them both and split the vote.

Actually, his idol had to be played this week. The Boston lawyer dude can play his next week.

I thought they were both good until final five.

Still interesting he played it for himself and not Drew since he knew Julie was going after him.

Yeah, Austin‘s actual idol that he found in the jungle was good until the final five… But he gave that to Julie. His amulet that. evolved into an idol was only good until the final six. There was a brief plot point about how he accidentally gave Julie the better idol, but they didn’t harp on it when it actually happened.

I love how four people wanted Drew to go home so badly that there was barely any drama in the entire episode this week. Except for that moment where Austin could have played the idol for Drew… But the two of them were so blind that I don’t ever think it was really in contention.

Meh.

Katurah destroyed her chance by changing her vote.

I thought Jake’s Charlie Brown journey to the final 3 would have gotten him the votes, but I guess not.

My final three would have been Jake, Austin ,then Dee

Good finale and deserving winner. I didn't understand Katurah's strategic play throughout the entire season. She never took the opportunity to make a big move.

This season will be remembered for having a very likeable cast with some mediocre gameplay. Good to hear next season will have 90 minute episodes as well.

When they stopped asking Jake questions at that final tribal, I knew he was doomed. Everyone said if Dee or Julie are in the final 3 they would win. Katurah could’ve remedied that but she chickened out.

Watched this over a week late but was able to stay spoiler-free.

Dee obviously had a great resume, but I wonder if she would’ve pulled it out if she hadn’t brought up leaking the vote to Julie so she could play her idol. I can’t believe that was the last thing that was mentioned—my wife and I were shouting at the TV.

Sort of soured on Jake by the time he threw the temper tantrum in the final challenge. He was more of a goat than people let on. But it was a fun ride with him for the most part.

Austin impressed me at the final tribal, for the first time in the last couple of seasons, he almost changed my mind. But in the end, I think Dee was the best choice of the final 3.

Dee apparently mentioned telling Julie about the blindside much earlier in the final tribal than how it was edited.

I agree about Austin. He was a very good player. Would love to see him back.

I'm starting to notice a trend with some Gen Z contestants (and several of the students I work with). They love the idea of something, but many balk once faced with any sort of adversity.

Yeah his young track record with giving up didn’t do him any favors. And he felt blindsided. Lol
