Been eating a lot of doughnuts recently. Possibly the opposite of what this thread is all about

Still trending in the right direction.

Pants at work fitting so good right now, even have some room to spare.

Building muscle with lifting.

Getting stronger.

No complaints in the Weight Loss thread tonight.

Holding steady at original goal weight from last year.

Muscles growing.

Six pack in development.

Lifting like a beast.

Face and belly massively slimed down and much more toned.

Will pose in Playgirl sometime in 2024.

Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

BMI down to 23.93 according to Harvard's online calculator. Haven't shared the link in awhile so wanted to:

https://www.health.harvard.edu/diet-and ... calculator

I had been stuck in the "24" range for most of the summer and fall, which is still healthy but not desirable to me.

Probably hitting the gym late tonight. Jackness continues.

Apple Watch Data

Improvement!

Average Weight:

Nov. 2022 - 154

June 2023 - 157.4

July 2023 - 158.6

August 2023 - 158.5

Sept 2023 - 161.8

Oct 2023 - 162.9

Nov 2023 - 159.1

Dec 2023 - 156.4

Analysis - seeing some great improvement on my march back to ideal weight of 154ish. Let myself go during the summer and early fall, but lifestyle changes assiting in weight loss.

Prognosis - future looks good.

That’s great coach.

I’m just getting fatter and fatter. I’m about to the point of “fuck it” and am going the Homer route of just wearing a mu'umu'u everywhere.
