Everything I'm hearing today from former WRs on the talk outlets is it is up to the player to look at/ask the ref if he is "good" where he is lined up. The ref usually gives at thumbs up or "move back" wave if he is not. Seems to me more like Patrick is frustrated at his receivers, they once again had a horrible game. He just took it out on the refs at the end, instead of teammates. Which in my book makes him a good teammate. But yeah, he was pretty offsides.

You're all focusing on the wrong thing. This fiasco brought us this absolute gem from Rex Ryan talking about Toney being offsides: "You know I like toes. But I don't like those toes."
