Had to poop in the airport in Amsterdam once. The stalls had floor to ceiling doors so it felt like a private pooping closet. But the bathroom was a total madhouse.

really terrible poop this morning

so forced

was like a brown pudding pop turtle that refused to emerge from his shell

late night red wine and pasta

appetizer sized salad could not match up against that volume of orecchiette

had to do salad again for lunch

Really tough day on the throne....a rarity but I need to admit this.

Went first thing in the AM and couldn't get it all out. Ended up with a messy wipe.

Went a few hours later and still couldn't get it all out. Messy wipe because I wasn't finished and stuff was still stuck in my trap.

Third time. Probably got like 90 percent out but still very messy and smelly.

Trying to stay positive and not reflect on the past. Trying to move forward. Positive. Positive. Positive.
