Episode 4 felt super short and didn't really deliver after the prior build up. Not bad, just... meh.

The Tiger was the shortest one yet but lots of plot advancement packed in; well edited and felt like not a minute wasted. Jennifer Jason Leigh’s best episode yet.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

tragabigzanda wrote:Yeah JJL owned that episode. But Juno did fantastic work too. Kind of shocking how effortless she makes it look, actually.

Release Dave Foley from this buttoned up character! If he doesn’t get to cut loose at some point I’m gonna be pissed
I think there's a chance.... just a chance that Foley is in over his head here. And that's not a slight to Foley, whom I adore. But I feel like he just doesn't quite get it. Which is fine. It's a hard note to sing.

See I don’t think he’s over his head…I think they’re asking him to play it straight and it’s hard for him to do because his face just carries like 30 years of laugh. And he’s wearing a goddamn eyepatch. I want him to lean into his comedic background just a little bit more.
Sounds like we agree, we're just looking at it from different angles.
