By popular demand I present thee with the 2023 mixtape thread.

There may not be much demand for my mix this year though - it's probably my most mainstream one yet, on account of just not having the time/energy to seek out new artists this year. There's actually only one new-to-me artist (Blondshell - hellava song btw). I also let my kids contribute this year (who for some reason are stuck in a decade before they were born ).

I actually spent a lot of time this year taking comfort in listening to my old mixes from decades past. 2003 was a particularly great year for me (finished uni, backpacked through Europe, moved to London, met my wife) and the music that soundtracked it was fun as. So with so few mixes shared so far, I thought I'd share my best of 2003
