Gah, added a bit too much lime juice at the end. Otherwise turned out great.

Going to let it simmer away to see if that mellows the lime.

I planned to swing by an English/Aussie savory pie place I’ve been wanting to try, only to find out it’s now a Mexican place. Pivoted to the pie place I’ve had before, which just isn’t that good.

This place does a good job with the Indian inspired pies, but your standard steak and ale, etc are just okay. Their sausage rolls are also meh.
