What are you currently watching on TV?

Started Yellowjackets. Just when I thought I had strip-mined Netflix of every show worth a damn. This is intense! Always good to see Juliette Lewis. Excellent soundtrack. Tells a story.

Same. I was interested in seeing how the survivors eventually made it out, but this show turned into a bullshit "mystery box" type deal where any developments are drip-fed. I also don't care about anything that's happening in the 2021 timeline.spike wrote:I gave up part way through s2.VinylGuy wrote:it does get super messy but its funEllo Sailor wrote:This show is a god damn mess. I was really into the first few episodes, but then ended up forcing myself to finish the first season, and then never bothered with the second one.Ello Sailor wrote:Same. Re: What are you currently watching on TV?
Episode 7 of The Curse is really good. I suppose the story has not so much turned a corner as it has gotten to the outer end of what has been a long curve, which makes it interesting to see these changes happen. But the episode itself is just really cool, very tense and odd. Nathan Fielder is really turning in a heck of a performance. Just a true loser with these moments of genuine fury out of nowhere, a lie always at the ready, always willing to push a button but never quite willing to follow through to a full challenge. Not sure what I'm saying, I just think he's doing a really good job

yeah i loved it too. Fielder is amazing, and Stone gives her best performance yet. Her moments with her so called friend are so fucking weird and tense. The Argonaut wrote:Episode 7 of The Curse is really good. Well for cool cats like Jorge and Veggie it's called La casa de papel. But the rest of us dummies are stuck with Money Heist.
