probably would be better that I say tacos for breakfast...had normal carne asada and al pastor...all the breakfast stuff comes in burrito form

I have found a recipe for some sort of baked oatmeal cups. It’s oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, cinnamon and maple syrup. Oh and vanilla. Just mix it all together and bake it in a muffin tin. A lot denser than a muffin but very delicious and can eat on the go. Plus, it’s oatmeal. Yum.

Oh, it has a diced apple too. I may go with pear for my next batch.
