Every rumor from that original list has been pretty much dead on.

Except that NY was the last US city listed in Sept and now it appears to be the first US city in Sept.

"an extensive world tour" is hilarious.

I mean, they have toured Europe more than enough. Not complaining at all and I would probably skip this one anyway, even if they came closer. But playing 5 cities of which 2 festivals, ignoring the ones you cancelled the last time around, is not my definition of extensive touring.

So, is today the day for the official announcement?

With the 10th, and another chance "to make sure your memberships are up-to-date" so close? Probably not.

How far back is that list?

Well, that was the rumoured list. The first two shows that got announced today (Madrid, Lisbon) were on that list... Let's just assume they will announce soon and that most of that list is correct...

If that’s correct, our thoughts of the LA shows have vanished.

Still a bummer these guys can't do a more substantial Australian tour after almost 11 years away - and 15 years since their last non-festival shows over here!

I hadn't even realised it had been that long.

I'm not super keen on travelling to see 2024 Pearl Jam. Then again, at this rate, it could easily be the last time.

If this is accurate, what is everyone thinking? Can you help me decide?

Europe and Oz are not realistic for me financially. Gonna have to be N.A.

If I can make it a family thing, the Pacific Northwest would be great. Oregon and Washington are 2 of the 6 states my kids haven’t been to.

1) Vancouver or Portland. Seattle is during the last week of school for seniors (I teach seniors) and missing those days is problematic. Vancouver has the two show advantage, but I’m leaning toward Portland so we can get to Astoria, Seattle, and Ranier NP.

2) LA. My family has been there multiple times. I could use 4 personal days and get that entire week off, though, and that’s appealing.

3) Wrigley. I can drive there. I’ve been to the other 5 Wrigley shows. I wouldn’t mind continuing that.
