the boy and i are headed to detroit for the playoff game this weekend. was hoping for a saturday game or sunday afternoon game, but alas we got the sunday night game. i'll probably just drive back to chicago after the game -- the next day is mlk day for those of us in the north, and at least the boy doesn't have school.

that place is going to be nuts, and rightfully so.
