i doubt mayo gets personnel decisions too though?

sounds like it was the total control aspect that ultimately ran belichick stale

I don't know all the rules, but I wonder if because they didn't fire Bill, nor did he resign...is the reason they were able to do it this way.

who is NE's GM now? they have the #3 pick in the draft ... managing that is probably more important at this point i would think

but he is prob more of the same from a coaching standpoint
