To be fair, I put that in as a joke. I thought that was obvious.
Regardless, I'm super excited to hear what everyone thinks if/when they see the film. There's a lot to unpack and I'd love to hear some thoughts outside my own head.

Re: What movies are you watching?
All of Us Strangers is the only remaining 2023 movie I've yet to see that I'm still really excited about. Andrew Haigh's other movies about gay characters are tremendous and this one features Paul Mescal and seems to have some magical realism time travel element that I find appealing. Can't hardly wait for it to make it out to the provinces

Fool's Paradise.
This is excruciating! I'm trying hard to finish. I feel like this is a test.

I hadn't heard of him, let alone seen any of his other films, before yesterday. Do you have one or two you'd recommend? The Argonaut wrote:All of Us Strangers is the only remaining 2023 movie I've yet to see that I'm still really excited about. Weekend is a favorite, about a brief love affair between two men. The TV series and finale movie Looking is also great, about a group of gay men in San Francisco, starring the wonderful Jonathan Groff.epilogue wrote:I hadn't heard of him, let alone seen any of his other films, before yesterday.
