can't wait to fucking move. Im over mountain life. Gonna be tricky getting a loan for a home in MN but luckily i have plenty of equity in my house here. Thinking, especially if rates come down a bit more, there will be plenty of more options come april.

Tick tock lets go.

What’s the latest on rates dropping? April isn’t far off.

Not sure anything is set in stone but they're around 6.5 or so right now I believe.

Gonna have to have someone co-sign a loan as both me and the wife are commission based careers. With that, lenders generally need to see 2 years of income so they can average the income to look at loan possibilities.

Since we will both be moving and starting from scratch, we wont have that. Potentially will look into renting but would rather get into a home and feel a bit more settled/creating our new life (sans kids, chris).

Finally got that fixed like 5 or so months ago. The hardware whatever it's called stuff on the bottom was a beast to remove. We had to use a small circulating saw to cut through and it took forever. But yes I recently did think well crap got this new kitchen faucet that someone else will get to enjoy.

Nice. I just hit 15 years in my townhouse. I wanted to do some upgrades the last few years while still keeping my eye on home listings, but just never pulled the trigger. Guess it worked out.

What kinda upgrades did you do? And if you don't mind sharing, what was the approximate cost (if you didn't do the labor)?

I'm thinking a nice 32 inch flat screen TV for the living room would be good
