It was great. The two big things I took from it were how much more I enjoyed the Moore/Dalton ones than I remembered… and that Craig is officially my favorite

Which movies did you watch?

I like Moore. His Bond is sillier than Connery. It was kind of crazy to replace Connery with someone older than him, though.

Just started Hang em High. I did not care for Dirty Harry, but I really like Eastwood Westerns.

Connery - Goldfinger
Lazenby - On Her Majesty's Secret Service
Moore - The Spy Who Loved Me
Dalton - The Living Daylights
Brosnan - GoldenEye (this was the easiest choice--I really don't want to revisit any other Brosnan Bond film)
Craig - Skyfall (almost did Quantum of Solace, just to give it another chance)

I'm now considering revisiting the Craig films in order to see if I can pick up on more of the movie-to-movie plot.

Kinda feel Connery is my favorite because he was my first Bond. But i love Brosnan also. And of course, Craig might be the best one.

Never a huge Bond fan but From Russia With Love is really good, easily the best one. Never been interested enough to watch the Craig movies.

I think I most like the Craig movies because he and the franchise did a good job of making Bond feel more like modern entertainment without making it over the top action-y.

American Fiction was terrific. Hits painfully close to home lately, Wright is great as usual, plus as a bonus, accurately illustrates the problem I have with so much of modern society and its insufferable art *coughwhiteliberalscough*.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

I came to Rocky later in life, but it sure lived up to the hype.
