You got lucky!
I got Spiritualized, and they never play the only song I know from them.

Yeah Spiritualized is awesome even if they barely ever (or don't afaik) play Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating Through Space or Electric Mainline material live.

Royal Blood opened for QOTSA when I saw them years ago and they fucking suck. Boring formulaic radio friendly trash.

Saw these guys last night, first time in over a decade.

What a great live band! Jon Theodore is a beast.

Other than "Way You Used to Doodoo", that setlist is basically flawless.

Yeah, I think you are right... the last three albums are great. I think I like times new roman even more after the way villains was produced (though I love the back half of that record).

QOTSA is Josh's band though, and they are getting tighter, more technical whilst keeping that drunkin grove. But the vision comes down to him.

By comparison, Pearl Jam still has that dichotomy of ed leadership vs leadership by committee. I think that is it. That's why I think that Black Matter worth celebrating- we didn't think they could do it, even if there were hints of it in gigaton.

Times new roman is a real grower - once of my favorite albums from last year.
