From what I can make out, yes, it sounds very melodic in a very good way. Unfortunately I feel like Ed's vocal and Matt's drumming stylings might be the album's detriment for mine own ears. Ed still sounds like a weird old baritoned lady and Matt just doesn't have a very good aesthetic feel, like.

Hard to tell from the clips but it sounds promising. I don’t hear much spritzy punk numbers which is excellent. For some reason Im hearing more fleshed out songs with melody than three minute throw away rockers. At least that’s what I’m hoping.

one sound sounded like 'in my tree' drums, i hope that's matt's relentless pounding. i thought one solo was 'say hello to heaven' lol. mike slaying is kinda the only thing i can hear. and then there's like a swing track toward the end?
