I would also include Icelandic food, which can be lamb heavy, but delicious.

Some of y'all (Jorge, Burt) are overrating Italian tho. It's nice enough but top three?

Think about a simple pasta dish with really good ingredients and it’s a pretty impressive accomplishment.

Italian food is amazing and it's not all just pasta.

Peruvian is also really good though, especially Nikkei fusion
