This is the perfect description of it. Aligned to the first reaction I had; a tad cringy.
4th time listening to it, I’m starting to enjoy it. I know this will feel weird the first time I hear it, but like most PJ songs, it will likely grow on me and I may love it. I’m cautiously optimistic.
Eddie sounds fantastic. I’m slightly confused by what’s going on.

Have you heard the wiki leak it frames it much differently. It is much better
Tracklist:
1. Scared of Fear
2. React, Respond
3. Wreckage
4. Dark Matter
5. Won't Tell
6. Upper Hand
7. Waiting for Stevie
8. Running
9. Something Special
10. Got to Give
11. Setting Sun
What's the source? This seems about right, but just curious.
This is more than likely correct. Tracks perfectly with what YouTube fella reported immediately following the audition.
Also, I’m putting money on the fact that this is track 3 from metal door clips. Same bpm and key. It’s got the fist pumping chorus.
Yup. And the track before Dark Matter in the metal door clip is very clearly Wreckage so that aligns with the ordering as well.

YES
I don't know.
That effect, combined with the mention sometime earlier that Wotman had Jeff dig out his fretless basses for the first time in a while, makes me concerned this thing is going to packed to the gills with Pearl Jam fan service.

It's being produced by a Pearl Jam superfan. It's definitely going to be full of PJ fan service.

Wasn't that the idea of Yield?
And it is fucking amazing.
