Just listened to the Bill Simmons intro and it's a longer version of the vocaroo leak we got around when we got the Wikipedia one. It's also much cleaner and you can tell that the drums actually sound pretty good

I fucking love Mind Your Manners. It's a favorite. I agree that it's maybe the best version of a song Ed had been trying to write for a while (though SBWM may top it - they are reaching for something similar even if they're tonally different)


Here's a question. What is the last perfect Eddie vocal performance for you - one that captures 100% of what you want from him, no caveats. There are a few moments on Earthlings that come close.

Would have to agree with you on Hard Sun. Though there's something about the On My Way vocal that's marvelous. That song is a about a minute too short IMO.

MYM is great too, still on my playlist a decade later but yeah the production is kinda awful throughout LB (and even worse on Backspacer). I didn't realize how bad the production really was until Gigaton graced us.
