Crazy to think that after all these years, I'm still waiting up until midnight to hear new Pearl Jam...of course back in the day it was waiting IN LINE at a record store as opposed to Waiting ONLINE on Spotify or iTunes.
Hoping for a good song tonight. If it's at least half as interesting and unexpected as DOTC or something with the energy of World Wide Suicide or Life Wasted...I'll be a happy camper.
God help us if it's another shitty dad rock attempt at punk like Can't Deny Me or Mind Your Manners.

The fellas are 60 and routinely play multi-hour shows until 11pm...I'm 45 and can hardly hold my head up just sitting here.
We still make records to be listened to — not that everyone will listen to a record track one to twelve in a row or side A or Side B — but we still make 'em in case somebody does want to listen to it like that, that's how we make em…

9:30 pm here. I’m going to bed and will listen as I walk the dog at 5 a.m. I’m not overly excited either, but I still love them. I love how this place has come alive in the last 24 hours.
