To be fair, it looks like most venues have the majority of the lower bowl for 10c ticket holders. The Kia Forum and a few others are the exception, rather than the rule.

Get ready to be seated upper deck
Also the shorter sets and the rote encores. I was pretty bored outside of a mid set run of interesting tunes at the show I saw last year.

By This they mean any of the premium lower bowl tickets near the stage.
It's baffling. Or maybe not anymore.

I'm generally fine with rising ticket costs. Fine, that's life shit gets more expensive and they're more than welcome to make more money.

But the searing thing? Premium? Putting fan club in upper deck instead? F that.
I mean, it's pretty hilarious. For the privilege of 25 years in the fan club and $175 a ticket we will seat you near the stage seems pretty fair no? lol.

Nobody made them play MSG, etc. And they have NO rows for 10 club, going many sections out. It's not just a 1000 seats but many 1000s. It's so silly.

Bet you ANYTHING the "10% premium pricing" will be in those areas.

i've benefitted from way below market value PJ seats for decades bc of the fan club

very fortunate for it

with the psycho level of inflation and cost of living in the US and retirement savings crisis

if they realized it's finally time in certain high-value markets to charge $8K where they can to corporations so that Boom's family can have a dental plan, i'm fine with it

i sat two rows behind sting one year

sting

i am not that important

sell my shit to some bigwig and fund the roadies' 401K plan match

i'll sit in the back for 2 shows if i need to

bright side? way up top in MSG if you are wasted enough you can start smoking cigarettes and nothing happens

The PNW shows are under $200 each and plenty of lower bowl sections in the 10c lottery.

Must be different ($350 a pop?!?!) at other shows I wasn’t looking at. Wow.

Some of those prices being griped about might also be in other currencies, e.g. 220 USD is about 340 AUD.

You think Boom and his family don't have decent dental because you cant sit in any section near the stage at $175 a ticket?

When I checked on Indianapolis a few days back, it was $695 USD per pair on the low end, $1000 per pair on the high end. They can charge what they want, and I have no 10C seniority grievances (I was in the 10C for one year and thought it was a waste of money), but no concert is worth that amount of money to me. Zero remorse about passing on tickets at that price.

After market. There are no 10c tickets available for this show since it is a makeup date.

Officially cancelled on this. I can’t make jokes about Bruce Springsteen being a big phoney and then pay this kind of money to watch Pearl Jam perform do the evolution without being a giant hypocrite.
