midway is closer to downtown and is the main hub for southwest. but if you don't want to fly the Greyhound of the skies, you can fly into o'hare. the difference is pretty negligible unless you're going to and from in rush hour (in which case, midway is better).

this is the only show i put in for that i didn't get a confirmation for today. i have seen a lot more posts with folks saying they did not get this show either (but also some that did), so i am wondering if this night was very high demand and will be a harder get - holiday weekend, weekend night (one of only two shows on a fri/sat night the whole fall tour), easy travel city, etc. i guess we'll see.

GA has been great the last couple tours. They seem to not oversell it and there's been plenty of room. St Paul last year the entire back area of GA was empty enough one might be able to throw down camping chairs.

Nice to saunter in whenever and have plenty of room while being so close

That would be my ideal scenario. I did GA in Moline in 2014(?), and I stood and leaned up against the railing … in the back. It was glorious.

Just lurking this thread, as I'm doing GA in Baltimore and plan on taking my 9 year old. I put in for whatever I got, and GA it was, though certainly not the preference. My wife is sort of not in love with this, but I assured her we could hang out near the back. I am glad that there seems to be room back there.
