been off-kilter since went on vacay but looking to resume normal programming tomorrow morning hopefully

had a surprised afternoon drop but made friends w salad at early lunch so may have knocked some things loose

i think i jinxed one of my co-workers

she is in a play coming up and i asked her how she stayed hydrated as the star of the show (she is on the stage the whole time and lights trained on her most of the time). she said she drinks a lot of water before hand but hasnt had to leave to pee. i looked at her and she knew my next question. it hasnt happened yet but i think i planted a seed in her head

She’s doomed. About halfway thru it’s gonna hit her SO hard.

First of the day is live

had some ppl over last night and ate way too much pizza and beer

there was some salad involved, but not enough to make this smooth sailing

there will be many poops today

I'm getting over the flu, so not much poop to report. Haven't been eating a lot and slightly dehydrated.
