Dr. Van Nostrand wrote:looks like the Bucs just deactivated him, so not suspended like i thought, and doubtful it actually taught him any lesson since he still got paid. i hate to say it, but i hope this kid doesnt really get success until he straightens out, acting like a little punk should come with some kinda discipline, even if its getting knocked around by some O linemen on the next team he is with if he keeps his mouth running.

ok, my Titus Young rant is over
Well, Al Davis isn't alive anymore so it'll be tough for him to get an unconditional second chance. :haha:

Although this came from a Broncos site, the lesson of how they did Dumervil's contract is a wise one for all the NFL teams:

they have said he will be a priority, but im worried they will let him walk. i would love for them to have a couple of 15 sacks a season ends, but i dont think they have any on the team right now, and injuries happen all to often, so i wanna seem them have plenty of depth, so i would love for them to resign him and still get someone else( like a Dwight Freeny if he actually leaves indy) or draft a pass rushing DE somewhere in the first 3 rounds.

Bradshaw getting cut was a surprise to me. Wilson got better as the year went on but I didn't think they were going to place this much faith in him this soon.

They could be pretty happy with Andre Brown also, he looked good when he got a chance before he got hurt

Maybe it's just because I've never liked the Jags' logo in the first place. This one isn't that much different from the original.

I would do it in a heartbeat. Too bad the Bills are looking at a QB with their 2nd most likely.
