Not that it is sports, but is watching people that are the best or very good at their particular activity the same thing in principle

The line between games and sports has always been blurry. Where do Pool, Poker, Darts, Golf... Etc land?

Competitive eSports definitely require skill and there are different teams that people support, so I think it's fair to say it's at least sports adjacent.

Watching twitch streamers just playing random games is probably more analogous to an interactive podcast. The viewers are there for the chat as much as the gaming.

I’m definitely too old to understand the appeal of video game streaming. And I’m okay with that. Most of the people I see who do Twitch and stuff like it are very annoying.

I think the fact that they receive earnings, sponsorships, prize money, mass viewership etc…makes it a valid discussion.

If you could Twitch stream a video game, what would it be?

Mario Kart is always good… mine would be old school. Double Dragon or Battle Toads, but it would have to be on the arcade machines.

Do you use the phrase "recycling bin" in everyday conversation? Like, do you say "Take the garbage out to the recycle bin." or "Where is the recycling bin?" Or do you just say trash can? I'm trying to understand something...

"Put it in the recycling"

"Recycling is in the bin to the left"

Trash is different. Are you stupid?
