I play them every time, while I cower in a corner rocking back and forth, crying and biting my fingers

An alternate Vitalogy could be Immortality ends followed by 5 minutes of silence then a hidden track of live Walking The Cow /end of album.

I've been wondering if the ACL version is the best sounding version.

Vitalogy was my first Pearl Jam album. Got it for Christmas when it came out. I was 10. Still my favorite Pearl Jam album to this day.

I haven't listened to Vitalogy all the way through in a long time. Pry, To - Stupidmop is kind of a drag.

Pry, To doesn’t bother me. It is sonically a transition between other songs. Stupid Mop is not easy to sit through.

"Immortality is the end of Vitalogy" would be an A+ tomb stone; passersby would think that was deep as shit

Stupid Mop is wonderful.
It’s eerie, and mysterious, and unusual, and thought-provoking, and off kilter, and it evokes a lot of different emotions.
These are all the things that constitute an art piece.
Stupid Mop is an outstanding art piece on Vitalogy.
I like to think of it as Pearl Jam’s version of Ken Kesey visiting an insane asylum and conceiving One Flew Over A Cuckoo’s Nest.

I agree it is thought-provoking. The main thought it provokes in me being "someone turn this shit off!"
