Yeah...what i liked about Gigaton release was that Ed was doing Stern, some other podcasts they did, the apollo show...that stuff mostly.

I hope they do a lot of press when they release the album, and i mean that by PJ standars for sure.

This is all the promotion they need.

As a sports montage song, Dark Matter works so much better than Sirens, which was such an awkward fit.

Yeah...I feel what Harmless is saying, too, about low-key release, no corporate synergy, etc., but, I'm also selfish when it comes to Pearl Jam...Seeing them play on late night shows bring me back to my youth, reminiscing about things like forcing my Pop to hear Animal on the VMAs and excitedly awaiting SNL.

I know that's a decidedly un-RM-like level of earnestness, but, when the new albums draw close, I can't help but feel nostalgic.
Getting wistful in my old age.
We still make records to be listened to — not that everyone will listen to a record track one to twelve in a row or side A or Side B — but we still make 'em in case somebody does want to listen to it like that, that's how we make em…

All I really care about, if I'm being completely transparent, is whether or not I can still see Stone duck walk.
If the day comes where the fucker needs a hip replaced and can't boogie, I'm gone.
