The band took the kernel of a pretty simple song idea and made it sound like they’re having a blast playing it. I think this is typically the result of a real strong connection within the studio. Andrew Wotman certainly deserves a good amount of credit for this.

I really like how there's some empty space in the song. The rests between each chord in the ascending chorus bring some drama to the composition that recalls songs from the Vs. era.
