after a huge Indian lunch full of curry and whatnot and a seafood tower with dover sole with béarnaise sauce for dinner the London plumbing system took it all...

Wow, doug, that's a huge deposit to report there....

As for me, man, getting over the flu and I wasn't eating. Got my appetite back a few days ago and have been pooping out a storm.

Nothing good to report. Just a lot of wet slosh, lots of wipes, smelly, disgusting feces

Thank goodness the cleaning lady comes today

I clean up after myself, including the throne, but it's in need of a major clean up I think - professional is needed

Antibiotics might be causing some of this irregular poop, too

coach, if you didn't this go 'round...next time you need to take anti-biotics, try taking a probiotic with it. it can help with the stomach/pooping stuff.

plus, you might avoid c. diff.

I usually will buy some yogurt, but I was just dead to the world.

Good news is I think I'm done pooping for the day. That was pretty much like five poops between 7:30 am to 12:30 p.m.

My bum and arm need a break.

i have been in a weird situation the last few days

farts that smell like death

kind of constipated

maybe i have a virus or something

been making friends with some salad

need to go into a full diuretic + fiber phase for a couple days methinks

the death farts and constipation happens to me like every two weeks. then i take miralax for a few days and things resolve. still trying to work out the cause, the pattern.

Just had a massive long log type dump at work.

Required at least a dozen wipes. I think there might be some still left in my colon, hence the extra wipes.

But I am clean now.

I lost at least a half inch off my waistline with this dump and feel pretty empty.

Despite the wiping (and necessary courtesy flush), I'd say this dump is in my top 5 of 2024.

been making friends w salad and getting a bit better but morning poop delivery time still a bit delayed

been having more yogurt need to make sure my gut microbe army is in tact

they may have taken heavy casualties this winter with the xmas covid and more recent chest congestion cold
