If Animal won the whole thing I'd be happy. I think it's better than sister song and two time MM winner Go.

Rats has great music, and it's fun, with lyrics that are often clever if on the nose, but there is a slight feeling of immaturity to it that I rarely feel on any other song on Ten or Vs.

Rats has never sounded the same since April 94.

Animal too but it's the better song here.

Rats is an absolute gem... but Animal is one of the single greatest moments in American rock history... and deserves to win this whole tournament

Both big favorites of mine, but, seeing Animal on the VMAs is a foundational memory from my early teenage years. Nothing will top hearing the first taste of sophomore Pearl Jam for me ever again.
