it's not better than anything on 'yield'

i'm not listing all the songs, but you forgot some bangers.
I didn't forget them. They're just not as good as Dark Matter. Dark Matter is very good. They can still be good. Just not Dark Matter good
Guaranteed Instrumental just came on. Dark Matter is better than the humming version. Hard call for the studio. Probably not, but difficult comparison.
Here is the uke version of Can't Keep. Very Eddie heavy RNG this afternoon. Dark matter is better than this version. Probably not better than Riot Act's can't keep, which is the RA song that has grown the most in my esteem over the years after Get Right (which started from a much lower position). It's probably my second favorite RA song behind I Am Mine
Dark Matter is definitely not better than Porch, and those two songs feel more similarly than I initially thought. It is better than Of the Girl, but that doesn't feel like an apples to apples comparison
Trying to slow down my posting, and this was a weird stretch of songs
Just Breathe (acoustic at home) is not as good as Dark Matter. Dark Matter is also better than the Backspacer version, and I don't know that Willie Nelson could pull off a Dark Matter cover
World Wide Suicide is better than Dark Matter
Dark Matter is better than Hey Fahka
Dark Matter is better than Goodbye. I don't know why I have so make Uke songs popping up
Dark Matter is better than the Throw Your Arms Around Me Cover with Neil Finn, but that's a very good performance

Eddie Vedder's solo stuff is integrated into this, and On My Way just came on. It's such a coda track that I don't think it's fair to compare. But I will say On My Way is my favorite of these kinds of transition/capstone pieces he's ever done, including equivalent pearl jam output like Arc, Wasted Reprise, and the 'filler' tracks on Vitalogy
Riot Act Can't Keep just came on. I think I'd put it ahead of Dark Matter. I would definitely put it ahead of Of the Girl
Dark Matter is much better than Unemployable, a song I've always struggled with.
Dark Matter is not better than Jeremy, but Jeremy is a genre defining song. No shade there.
Dark Matter is not better than Hard Sun, maybe my favorite post Vitalogy Eddie vocal performance. What a low key masterpiece that song is. In almost twenty years I've never gotten tired of it. Eddie's cry from 2:15 to 2:35 is so good it actually makes me angry.

If Abnorman had created e a 'Song X vs. Dark Matter' option on his ranking website it would have really cut down on the number of posts I'm making today
Dark matter is much better than E-ticket ride, which is kind of a boring song (but I love Picture on Earthlings. The solo kind of mirrors the Alive solo. Not my initial observation (Dime maybe) but greatly enhanced my love for that outro.
NAIS just came on. I probably prefer Dark Matter, but NAIS is still great.
