If it doesn’t affect your livelihood, do nothing.
What if “if” is a moving target based on how the affair plays out?

When I was in the military, someone slipped an anonymous letter into the mailbox of a coworker who was having an office affair. The letter basically stated that they knew about the affair, and it was wrong, and the people involved should be ashamed, and stop the affair. Pretty sure the parties involved had families too.

Anyway, you - or said person - could try an anonymous letter.

Our condo building’s water usage doubled the last payment cycle, seemingly out of nowhere. What could be the cause?
