Just had a meeting with my boss around my end of year review and the results of that. Pay rise and bonus, so I'm pretty happy about that

Was thinking there'd be nothing this year as they're going through a big restructure (doesn't impact oour office) and there's a bunch of people getting laid off at some of our different branches
