I tend to think of Avocado as the leftovers from the Cold Confession sessions.

I'm pretty sure BoB knew about CC and LiR. He spends most of his day adding fluffy keyboard parts to unreleased PJ songs so that Eddie will think it's always been there.

im still hoping they have some kinda plans for a LD2 or what ever they end up calling it to come out next year, then we wont have to worry about the leak being found

i thought he said that about LB. i think what he said about avocado was that they could have turned it into a musical, but didnt. he said something about the story being about 2 brothers (pat and kevin tillman?), one who died at war. it makes sense if you look at the songs in that context.

At some point, while making the Avocado record [2006's "Pearl Jam"], I kind of had thesongs on a bulletin board, and I started scribbling ideas and patching them together. I thought, "It would be really easy" ... I'm not going to jinx myself, but it would be easy [to make a whole piece]! That album really could have been a story about two brothers who were soldiers. It could be a fucking play. It's too bad, because that would have been the time to do it. Because now there's a lot of that going on, and I hope it's all good, but I think that would be jumping on the bandwagon to write a musical at this point. I think what you could do is just write it and have the story be there and not tell anybody. In fact, wemight have even done that.

Did you do that on this one?

Let me think on that one. It was all easy until that question. Maybe we'll get back to that one
