We even had a game that all 8th graders played called "economy" where everyone was randomly assigned a job and starting amount of fake money and we had to figure out ways to trade job output units (e.g. food certificates or housing certificates) for more of the fake money and at the end we saw who had the most money. It was also the most popular kids, but that's actually pretty realistic.Val wrote:People often can’t tell when I’m jokingHiggs wrote:Who the fuck does plumbing classes at high school? Thats a good example of a song that seemed awesome when they released a clip and the whole version was a let down. I dont particulary hate it, but it seems there is a better version of the song they didnt record.Ms Harmless wrote:my take on King Animal is that it's almost a great album but I hate "Worse Dreams"

Hey, im all for cheese. I also wear my heart on my sleeve. Its not really that. To me, it comes across as a bit much. LIke someone is having a good vibes only mental breakdown on social media. This also takes into account Ed's vocal delivery which I feel he tries way too hard.oneway23 wrote:Non-facetious question: Why the "Inside Job hate from RM?
Sure, lyrics are a bit slf-help Hallmarky, but, WTF? That bordering on cheese, heart-on-sleeve earnestness has been there pretty much from the onset of the band.

The song also tries to be something like Stairway to Heaven and it just falls flat for me. I dont know. Just never loved it.
