Weird, post got deleted.
Just curious if people felt this song was better or worse than ‘Can’t Deny Me’?

Re: Running
I've been open and honest about my precarious mental state on this site, and that I come here for friends and escapism
I have always, for years, said that you take me as I am, as a human being, or you don't get my friendship; I am not about the ribbing, the joshing, the roasting, and the "loving" bullying; I've never had a shtick except for fake cis guy
I think a member of this site (any member, not just me) should be able to say "have at it, with anyone else, and I'll celebrate your mutual enjoyment of it; but that behaviour depends on mutual consent, or *it is bullying*, and I don't consent"; everyone I know who knows and loves me (and I am polyamorous, so that's four people in a romantic basis and even more on a friendship one) respects that about me
I will snap when I feel cornered and bullied, it is what it is, but I've never been anything but honest
intention isn't irrelevant when it comes to how we treat others, but it isn't everything either; I will not admit to an innate flaw in my character just because my feelings are hurt; someone did that, whether they meant to or not

I agree that trag has represented himself poorly and that if he had better intentions, he'd show more respect for the boundaries you have illustrated very clearly.
I'm only offering a little more: that you find it in your heart to at least try to understand where people like him might be coming from, to help give a little more benefit of the doubt. Not for his sake, but for yours.

This song is way better than Can't Deny Me in this fan's opinion.

We still make records to be listened to — not that everyone will listen to a record track one to twelve in a row or side A or Side B — but we still make 'em in case somebody does want to listen to it like that, that's how we make em…

not sure they will be the raw tracks and if its going to be any different. I think he's just doing his thing so that it works in Spatial Audio.stip wrote:he is doing a mix!Strat wrote:Super happy for Watt invigorating Ed the past couple of years.

Re: Running
No question its better than Can't Deny Me. CDM is a bottom 5 Pearl Jam song. While Running aint great and arguably isnt as good as anything on Gigaton, it is easily better than at least 2-3 songs on LB.oftheearth wrote:Weird, post got deleted.

I bet "Of the Earth" was going to be on the album, then at the last minute, they swapped it with this.

Re: Running
I'm certainly enjoying Running more than most of LB and parts of Giga. It's not a great song by any stretch, but it is fast and fun to my ears.
