Peter is a successful writer who gets dumped by his very clever wife Amy because he cant seem to write his long delayed second novel. He then gets dumped by his super cool publishing house and get the call that his dad had a stroke.
He decides to go back to his old town to take care of his dad and meet his old friends, who are super wacky but fun. And they all know how to enjoy the little thing of life, like going to the cinema to see an old movie, or having a coke while watching the sunset.

He gets to know a super quirky adorkable girl, who teaches him that the important stuff in life is being around family and friends

they fuck and she gets pregnant. She is a minor. She was kinda wasted that night so they charged him with rape. Peter will now learn the hard life in jail for at least 15 years.
