I’m running on fumes. Up late the past two nights and couldn’t get back to sleep each morning after waking up around 5:00

I slept better last night than I can remember sleeping in long time. I didn’t wake up from the time I drifted off to the time the alarm went off. Was it the pineapple juice/vodka before bed? Whatever it was I need to do that every night. And to beat it all, we’re in a hotel room. That NEVER happens. Usually away from my bed is a real struggle for Z’s. What a night.

Grabbed my pillow and went down to the couch with my pup. She had the shits.

I made a Golden Milk and some toast. Read the internet till about 6 am until i fell back asleep for an hour.
