I'm envisioning baking the boxed mac n cheese, throwing in a fried egg, some sausage crumbles, hash browns (or tater tot as subs), and making a burrito.

I was expounding from a pirogi omelette I had in Pittsburgh. It was filled with mashed potatoes and cheese.
