It could bounce back to one but given its now Foo Fighters topping the chart and Green Day holding at number two I don’t see it going to number one again. Time for the new radio single!! Is Running getting any radio play at all? If not they should release a new song now.
It's still sitting at #1 on Billboard's Mainstream Rock chart for the fourth week in a row (the below is reflecting charts dated April 6, 2024):

Mainstream Rock Airplay (17-6-3-1-1-1-1)

Hot Hard Rock Songs (3-1-2-2-2-3-2)
Canada Rock (10-3-2-1-1-1-1)
Adult Album Alternative (Triple A) (39-26-22-19-20-19)
What's the likelihood that they ride this Running thing all the way to the to the finish line?
Couldn't be
We still make records to be listened to — not that everyone will listen to a record track one to twelve in a row or side A or Side B — but we still make 'em in case somebody does want to listen to it like that, that's how we make em…

Seems highly likely.
They’re edging the absolute f**k out of us and they know it.
If they follow the same release schedule as Gigaton (and it kinda looks like they are) we might get a 3rd single a couple of days before official release day.
Taylor Swift has not released so much as a snippet from any song from her album coming out on the 19th…and she’s selling 4 different versions of the album, each with a different bonus track. So if you want them all you gotta buy it four times (thank God for Spotify or my daughters would force me to be the proud owner of all four of these). Pearl Jam could learn a thing or two about milking their fans from TS…

besides "get it back", PJ don't seem to have any left overs for bonus tracks no more

At your local movie theatre on 4/16
Also, looking at the Gigaton releases again, they're definitely following that same path.
1st single 2 months before release.
2nd single 1 month before release.
3rd single a couple of days before album release day (and no way the whole thing doesn't leak before the 3rd single).
