second poop of the day was super high quality. single log, clean exit. very satisfying

third poop just now. more beans. a surprise. easy exit though. particulated. but out.

Solid poo today. My stomach hasn't felt great the last 4-5 days, but at least it's resulting in more poos. I'd been backed up and struggling to produce logs worthy of a bowel system for a few weeks.
