yup ITIL4 for me. 5 days of training (i thought we had it today too. why they didnt just book it for a solid week instead is another question id rather not persue)

I wont say its boring but it definitely is a deeper dive into the things i know at work already (like explaining in depth the whys).

Got my ears succ'd at the GP. A little uncomfortable but totally worth it. Now I have super-human hearing + my tinnitus isn't nearly as bad as I had previously thought.

I think it's time for custom earplugs. Should've picked some up years ago!

doing absolutely nothing in Vancouver..we're at a friends house as they are on vacation in asia..the pool guy was here this morning and the heater is broken..my wife might do a cold plunge but I won't be..probably just watch some golf or baseball
