Just watched Alex Edelman: Just for Us on Max.
I’d never heard of him, but I saw a clip of this special on TikTok, and thought it might be funny.
It was really good.

I thought so. I also didn’t mind the bit about koko.tragabigzanda wrote:Couldn’t get past the first five on koko the monkey. But I liked him on birbiglia’s podcast. Does it get better?dad wrote:Just watched Alex Edelman: Just for Us on Max.

He’s definitely more of a storyteller like Birbiglia than anything else, so if you approach it that way it may hit different.

my wife and I saw Sarah Sherman last night. it was good. lots of self-deprecating jokes, mixed with grotesque and funny imagery she shows on the screen behind her, and some crowd work as well.

Nikki Glasier is gonna host the Golden Globes next year. After that Brady roast, I'll tune in.
