listening to this right now after a couple of weeks without it, I didn't know it could still grow on me but it has; I'm really happy with it; I'm sticking at 4 stars but it's a very firm 4

Running is growing as well, but I need to start thinking of it as an album track! bring on Friday (and tomorrow for you)

I'm definitely ready for the full album experience, to see/hear how it all fits together. I haven't even listened to the snippets and various door versions yet!

Friday can't get here fast enough!

This sounds so good in the context of the album. Raises the bar on the song big time for me.

I find there's a harsh, metallic quality to the mix of this and Running that makes them stick out a little awkwardly from the rest (even the other heavy songs, which are all warmer and brighter); but there's so little bass on the leak, we'll know more about how well they slot in on Friday

I haven't listened to any PJ for the past week but for whatever reason I had 'Dark Matter' playing in my head as I showered this morning. It took me a few seconds to realise it was the Homer version, and now that's all I can hear!

Definitive indeed.

I've listened to Homer sing this song more often than I've heard Eddie Vedder sing it
We still make records to be listened to — not that everyone will listen to a record track one to twelve in a row or side A or Side B — but we still make 'em in case somebody does want to listen to it like that, that's how we make em…

I do to, tbh. I really love this one. One more would have hit the spot.

I really enjoy how this one follows Wreckage
In the context of the album it makes sense and is a great placement

The album feels like a well constructed setlist
Love that they still make albums with a flow in mind

This song is making a good move up the Alternative Rock charts this week. Probably due to the album coming out. It's currently #5 and will be #4 soon. Both are the highest spots it's had on this chart since being released.

this song sounds really great following Wreckage; big Vs. vibes; it's starting to sit nicely in the tracklist and not feel like a "single"

This one stays at 4.5 stars for me after hearing it as part of the album. Not amongst the absolute best songs, just a notch below.
Pearl Jam is the only band I'll spend money on.
