Ah. Now that’s a problem now you mention it.i
If that weird 80s tight as f snare is your thing? You’ll be happy.

If you’re a normal functioning human being you really won’t like it.
oh christ...poor Trag.

You know not what you've done, dime
Poor Trag or poor us?
LOL

I'm biased to those kinds of discussions anyway. I can't wait for Trag to break this bad boy down.
We still make records to be listened to — not that everyone will listen to a record track one to twelve in a row or side A or Side B — but we still make 'em in case somebody does want to listen to it like that, that's how we make em…

Can you all please stop asking for a leak on here? There isn’t one. Dime got to hear the album presumably through people he knows. Begging for a leak just brings accounts on to the board spamming it with requests

I was thinking it’s close enough maybe I’ll just hold out, but I know if does leak I’ll fold like a house of cards…even a crappy IPhone recording. Just can’t help myself.

If I keep holding out, will the leak come through?
Pearl Jam is the only band I'll spend money on.

This sounds like the exact opposite of the "wet cardboard" snare sound we've heard so far, so Trag should be thrilled.

And these days, they linger on

And in the night, I’ve been waiting for

The real possibility, that I may meet dark matter in my dreams

And it’s okkkkk

I feel like "tight" isn't the word; the snares do sound eighties already because there's zero resonance / decay on them, I don't think the others will vary

It's not always what ya say, but, how you say it
It's all about the journey.

I gave up on the avocado record cos it was literally too painful to listen to it was all so sharp and sore in the ears ( is treble the word?) so I might hear it differently than you. But it’s not the dirty deep thudding sexy drum sound I woulda wanted. And the killer about that is that sound would be matts perfect realm. I want a Steve albini live kinda drum production. Not a def leppard one. * but man does he shine on this. Easily his best
