Curious to see if the Atmos mix is any better. Seems like it was a huge mixed bag for the theatre experience.tragabigzanda wrote:I’m going to withhold final judgment until we get an official release on Friday. Alternatively, if this is done using internal routing -- like sending a streaming link to a DAW -- that is very easy to screw up if you don't know what you're doing.
I think this is just what the album sounds like, for better or worse.
And the trade offs are immediate. The outro of SoF doesn’t build up at all, despite their obviously playing to that intent. But that’s what happens when you start the song at 10, nowhere to go from there. Players’ emotions just squished out of the music.

I like the lift alot. You are right it isn't necessary . Glad for it though.mikejasond wrote:It does seem a bit unnecessary considering there's also a jam at the end of the next . song.Ms Harmless wrote:I don't adore the jam at the end of Upper Hand; I'd prefer it had returned to the intro, to make bookends, but oh well, I can live with it

it's sure to be better, but in that situation obviously at the mercy of individual cinemas' sound systemsMonkey_Driven wrote:Curious to see if the Atmos mix is any better.
