As one of the biggest haters of the 30 second slip, I'll fully admit it sounds better as a whole. Lyrics are pure cheese but Ed's delivery it actually great. Something about this one screamed Beatles to me, not sure why....I still find it to be the weakest track on DM (after one full listen).

It's interesting that they've chosen to 'soften' the sound of the guitars on Waiting for Stevie. They could have been both harsher, louder, more grungy crunchy. Part me wanted that, so it truly sounds like old Pearl Jam, but what they've done here works great too.
