This is probably my least favorite track on the album. Most uninspired chorus I’ve heard from Ed in a long time.

For the record I don’t think Jeff’s uptempo stuff works. I know a ton of people here love Quick Escape but I thought that was one of the worst songs on Gigaton. Same as My Fathers Son. He hasn’t written a good up tempo track since Ghost and perhaps even before that with God’s Dice. Or Ed does a poor job with them.

Just my opinion.

the harmonic crunch of that second guitar (?) in the riff really surprised me in the cinema and I was hoping any downloaded versions would maintain it; they sorta do, I can hear it

There are some weird harmonics that are so kick ass. The first that comes to mind is around the 0:11 mark.
